January 2021 - Update

Hi everyone,

2021 feels like it’s been years already, doesn’t it? I’ve had a long time in 2020 to come to the realisation that the lives and journeys of Womxn in Tech are so compelling and I’ve had the privilege to begin exploring these personal stories through the launch of the new WITCiH podcast, Creative Women in Tech. The first two series have featured Hannah Peel, Anna Meredith, Hinako Omori, Nwando Ebizie and Laura Kriefman, to mention a few of our brilliant guests. Please subscribe to the podcast here. You can listen on Apple, iTunes, Spotify & Google.

As a result of spending 2020 in some form of lockdown or other, as a founder I realised that an important facet of WITCiH’s mission is a commitment to visibility and representation through platforming the intercultural and intergenerational stories of women, trans and non-binary creative practitioners in tech, and this makes me very excited for the year ahead and has informed how I plan to develop WITCiH. [Keep an eye out here for more about upcoming plans soon!]
